Siphelele Mshubi

Siphelele Kenneth Mshubi graduated from FUBA School of Drama and Visual Arts. He made his first appearance in the SABC drama series “Mthunzini.dot.com” He has since landed several supportive roles in series such as “City Se’sla”, “Hola Mpinji”, “Ingozi”, “Rhythm City”, “Isithembiso” and also acted in a feature film titled “The Drop”. In 2004 he performed in a play titled “Burden Bearer” and in 2015 performed in a play titled THE CORE. Both of these plays were staged at the Grahamstown National arts Festival. He has facilitated creative workshops since 2003 in schools, on both local and national scopes in South Africa. He participated in the Arts Program in Schools that was initiated by Gauteng department of arts and culture in 2017 and 2018. He also performed in schools the set work material for the novel “MARU” by Bessi Head for grade 12 around Gauteng province between 2011 and 2012. Siphelele has performed in several plays around Gauteng theatres. In 2020, he directed a theatre play titled “IN THEIR NAME”, which was written by Selaelo Maredi. Siphelele Mshubi has done several television adverts since 2004.
