Katlego Goba is an actress and a multi-faceted performer who holds a National Diploma: Musical theatre from the Tshwane University of Technology class of 2021. She also took acting classes with Florence Masebe in 2017

Her journey in the arts started in her early high school years as she began to show interest in acting and TV presenting. By the time she reached grade 11, she knew she wanted to pursue acting as a career. She grew up singing in church and then later helped out in singing backup vocals for small church communities in Alexandra Township, which then also grew her love and passion for singing.

She learned and gained so much knowledge, experience and skills from her years at TUT. Her talents have been honed, but She’s more proud of the work She put into her acting. She is now able to portray roles effectively through extensive and necessary research, rehearsal, internalization and preparation.

Now that she’s a qualified performer, she wants nothing more than to use her training to help make the South African arts and entertainment industry even greater. She wants to continue working in theatre, as that’s where her training was based, but also wants to get into film and television.
