Boitumelo is a performer at heart and strong believer that narrating relatable stories through the arts can enhance the social, political and economic issues in our societies. She started with stage acting in 2006  and later studied Drama at the University of Limpopo. She currently portrays the role of Emelda in the popular SABC Educational drama series, Skeem Saam.
