Growing up in the dusty town of Lenasia, on the Westrand Andrian grew up being a very express character with a passion for sport more especially soccer. With few prospects of going professional from playing in the third division. But later found a love for dance and drama moreso theatre productions. Andrian studied Audio visual communication in 2003 and in 2005 went on to study arts at Market Laboratory which proved to be exactly what he wanted.

Acting Career

In 2005 Andrian got his big break to act alongside Darick Luke as a cadre in the movie Catch a fire. It was at this point that he started a fabulous career as an actor. Andrian also appeared in many commercials and documentaries during this time.

In (2006) he was the lead in a tracker recovery system advert. In (2007) he was also a lead in a Guinness advert which was a huge success. Following the adverts he was also a lead in the documentary Eaten Alive (2008). Andrian played a support role in Rhythm City (2009) he was also a diamond finder in the movie Through Africa in a Bridal Dress (2009),acted as Tintswalo on Isidingo (2010) and Panyaza in Generations(2010).

Andrian played a miner in the movie Zama Zama (2011). He later in 2012 got the opportunity to play an awesome role as Duma in the movie Ladygrey, and in the same year he acted alongside the late Paul Walker in the movie Vehicle 19. It was in this movie that Paul Walker commended his professionalism and acting ability and this of course was a huge moment of inspiration for Andrian which he will never forget. 2012 – 2013 was a brilliant years for Andrian as he had multiple roles both in series, movies and adverts.

In 2014 he featured in a feature film called Uyaphapha. It was in 2015 that Andrian was cast in a BBC production named the Black Sails, portraying the role of Kofi, and this elevated him to new heights as he got to be part of a magnificent cast.

In 2017 Andrian played the role of Wes in the movie Tomb Raider. He acted alongside Alicia Vikander and Daniel Wu to mention a few members of the cast and this by far has been one of his most exciting and challenging projects.

Currently Andrian has a lead role in the KYKNET series Knapsekerels, where he plays the role of Baby Tjoklits.
